ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. — Strong thunderstorms developed over northeastern Colorado on Friday, dumping hail and causing tornado warnings for several counties to be issued.
Adams, Weld and Morgan counties had tornado warnings in effect Friday afternoon until around 3:30 p.m.
A tornado watch is still in effect until 8 p.m. for Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld and Yuma counties.
